Confidentiality and Ethics

Karel Hadacek holds all information divulged during a past life regression session confidential. Although not covered by HIPAA, other state laws require that she register as an unlicensed psychotherapist, and she is must meet confidentiality requirements like any other psychotherapist. She is registered by the state of Colorado, number 11882. Of course, Karel may be required by law to report imminent threats involving the health and safety of specific individuals. And she may be required by law to report suspected or known child abuse.
